One of the less publicized roles in the model star of Nokia N95,
is becoming for work and grace of programmers in which more drawing
attention to this phone. We speak of the famous accelerometer, and on
this occasion it is not another program or funny strange, but something
really useful: replace the computer mouse by the mobile phone.
NiiMe Mouse is a program that allows Python control the mouse cursor
through a mobile Symbian accelerometer on computers using Windows or
Linux. NiiMe Wheel is a slightly different version that can be used in
driving games, using the phone as a flyer. Both programs require the
installation of Python and PySerial libraries on the computer, and use
a bluetooth connection to link phone and PC.
NiiMe published
under GPL and currently in beta, so it is not ruled an error, but as
shown in the video, but it seems to work well. Today is distributed via
e-mail to people who are working with their donations to the
development of this exciting project. I forgot, this Niime done in
Spain and not forget supervitaminizarse and supermineralizarse.
